Venue Finding

Our venue finding service is free of charge to our clients. Searching for the perfect venue for an event can be time consuming and tedious. Why not let us do the hard work for you - all for FREE! This service is a really cost effective way to start planning your perfect event.

How it works:

Once you have fully briefed us, we will source and provisionally book a number of suitable venues which we will then detail and document for you. We will not put forward anything that is unavailable, unsuitable or outside your budget. From this, you will then shortlist your favourites and after visiting them (highly recommended but not necessary), choose your most suitable option. We will then confirm your booking on your behalf and introduce you directly to your contact at the venue. At this point, we step out of the picture, leaving you to organise your event the way you see fit.

The venue that wins your business pay us a commission which comes from their marketing budget (effectively, it is guaranteed advertising for the venue). So, we or the venue DO NOT mark up any costs and there are no hidden costs.
